Normandy Bed & Breakfast - Biker Friendly - 14 October 2009 - 14 October 2010

We are offering bed and breakfast in our 200 year old farmhouse which has undergone extensive renovations over the last 5 years.

It is an Ideal stop for Motorcyclist, car enthusiast, walkers or cyclist all are welcome.

Our house is situated in between the historic towns of Mortain and St Hillaire du Harcouet.

Places of interest are the following;

Mont St Michael - 45 Minutes.  /     Avranche 30 minutes 

St Malo - 1 hour 15 minutes   /        Granville 50 minutes

Caen - 1 hour 15 minutes     /           Domfront 30 minutes 

LEMANS - 2 hours           /            Alencon 1 hour 15 minutes

There are many places of beauty and interest to visit within easy reach of our home. We can provide maps and direction etc.

We can also provide a tour guide for motorcyclist, to show you the local roads and places of interest

If you are interested in Cycling or walking there is a disused railway track 100 metres from us which has now been made into a Greenway for walking and cycling on which you can travel  to many parts of the Normandy region,  for instance Mont St Michael is 44km from our home.

There are some 250 km of track in all. Its very safe and fairly level ground so walking or cycling is easy.  

We will provide a breakfast of your choice, either English or continental and for a supplement of £10.00 per person an evening meal can be provided for when you return from your day out.

   We have two rooms available, one has two single beds and the other has one double bed both are with shared toilet and shower facilities

You are welcome to share our TV lounge which has an inglenook fireplace.

The price is £20.00 per person per night  for bed & breakfast.
